    Hi,

UpdraftPlus cannot restore a single post itself. However, the database backup can be used to manually restore the post.

The backup file can be unpacked using a good zipping tool, such as 7-zip. You will then have to use a text editor to open the resulting SQL file. You can then extract the post data manually (it will be found in the wp-posts table), and then create a new post and copy the content, or using phpMyAdmin (or equivalent) to insert the post into the database.

I would however strongly recommend finding someone who is comfortable with SQL to help you extract the data and restore it, especially if you wish to insert the post into the database. Anyone who is familiar with SQL should be able to use the backup file to find the post.
