All of the pages of my site turned blank overnight , except the wp-admin ones.

I have then Restored a backup with WP Staging , and for a few seconds the homepage displayed a “Scheduled Maintenance” message , then after a few seconds , blank page again.

It was , in my opinion , because of the auto-updates of some problematic plugin or theme , which had a buggy update that was released today or last night.

Now the problem is , all the WP Staging backups i have were in a state where the site had all auto-updates enabled. So there is no way for me to Restore but preventing the auto-updates from triggering soon after then.

Is there any option in WP-Staging that lets me do that? Like “Restore and disable auto-updates”
