How to Restrict All Pages Except Home Page?

This plugin looks like it will do exactly what I need, but I can’t figure out how to configure it properly. What I want to do is allow access to the home page for all users, but require that the user is logged in to access any other page.

I have tried various combinations of rules but none of them achieve the above. I thought this could be done with a restriction to all pages except the home page but there doesn’t seem to be a way to match that.

I am probably missing something that is exceedingly obvious, please help!
