How to restrict available lists

    I have searched all through the forum and documentation but the closest I could find for what I need it the “segmentation” by role feature; however this is only allowing the selection of a single role per segment and is not even really matching what I need.

    How can I restrict which lists display (both for subscription and unsubscribe)? For example, for some users, I want a private distribution list to be available, and for others they should never see that (only the public distribution lists). The only shortcodes I see put every single available list out there, and I don’t see any shortcode for individual lists (or any way to control visibility at all).

    That’s correct, the segmentation feature is a way to filter your lists per WP User’s roles.

    It has nothing to do with how you’re displaying the lists on your Manage Subscription page.

    Right now, the Manage Subscription page is the same for all subscribers, so it’s not possible to hide some lists for only part of your subscribers, unfortunately.

    I’m afraid there’s no way to achieve this kind of control you’re looking for to let the users manage only some particular lists. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
