how to restrict editors to add more custom fields

    i wank to keep a limited number of custom fields
    so that every post may display those options only

    i want to disable “add new custom field name” >(ENTER NEW) option

    i think just removing/hiding link will do the trick, but i failed to found that particular piece of code

    please check image for better understanding
