How to restrict Event Head field to admins only and add a link to Team page??

Hi!
As title says, the question is how to choose admins only or other group with certain editing rights only under Event Head option and how to choose team member page address (either by choosing existing pages or posts from the list or typing it in manually) to view that page after clicking on a team member (Event Head) thumbnail??
I configured small website with Woocommerce, where customers can register. When trying to choose a person from Event Head dropdown all of the customers along with admins and other users are being displayed, repeating the same name few times (more than one user has the same name) and causing confusion to actual website admins.
