how to restrict part of the forum to some users

Maybe this is an easy question but I’m trying to figure this out with no success ??

I’m trying to build a forum for two types of users, A and B.
– A can ask questions to B and B answer. all A and B can see.
– at the same time B can ask and discuss with B but A can’t see it. I would like to make this a separate section of the forum. (This is with categories, right?)

how can I restrict content from B to A? Cause I can restrict functions in users but not from a specific category. Right?
