How to restrict user access in a forum

I would like to create a website that allows people to join a live discussion. the only condition that the client asked for that I couldn’t properly decipher. He wants me to develop a solution that asks a user to login when they hit a new discussion. it then checks whether or not the client is logged in to that very discussion. if not so it asks them to login then they can do the rest.

With each logging in, they only view the discussion after commenting.
Please lemme know if this is something your plugin can do

I Think the description you wrote is something you can set up with RumbleTalk.
However, we do not have the option to see the comments only after commenting.
