how to resume downloads?

    Hey,

    This should work but there are so many download managers out there that it’s hard to make the plugin compatible with all of them. We respect the specs for sending downloads to the requester, if the download manager fails to partially download chunks it’s most likely the fault of that manager.

    Sorry about this but most download managers are terrible to work with.
