How to retrieve payment link if closes the screen during checkout?

  • Hi there, quick question:
    1) How to retrieve the payment link/screen if user accidentally closes the screen before complete the payment during check out?

    2) There is an option to send email on instructions – how does it work? Does it auto update the status once payment is send manually?

    1. Not really. I think admin can resend the payment link?

    2. How does it work? Do you mean the instructions that can be included in the e-mail?

    Anyways, it doesn’t matter how the user pays, either directly on the site or via e-mail instructions or even if they get the payment info texted via phone by a friend: MCC only cares that the exact amount is received by the specific wallet.

    Thanks Edward. Means once exact amount accepted before time expires then MCC will still update the status to be “Paid”?

    Yepp. It only cares about the amount, address and payment timeout.

    You can have your friend from across the world pay it for you, and it will still work.

    cool! let me try it out. Btw how come it didnt work when I scan QR code via Metamask Mobile? the address won’t show up.
