How to return comments to the theme ?

  • I use a legal theme in which comments are completely cut out (including styles and comments.php). Unfortunately, the support period has expired.
    Please tell me, how to return standard WP comments to the theme?
    Or is there a plugin that can add comments in this case, including comments from social networks?
