How to return random posts using Query Loop

I’m creating a test site using twenty twenty four locally before uploading to my host. I’d like to use the Query Loop block to display related posts but there’s no option to “Order by” random order.

There are a few instances when I would like to show posts from a related category, but in a random order. Sometimes I would also like to show posts from all categories, but again in random order.

Are either of these possible without downloading a third-party plugin? If not possible right now, will it be introduced in the future?
