How to return string to Calculated fields

Hi,

I need to return string to the calculated field.

I have following requirement
There are few questions to the user with two option Yes or No.
eg. Are you above 30 age Option1. Yes Option2 No
so based on these answers message will be displayed . Also is it possible to display that message on label instead of calculated field.
