Currently there aren’t any known conflicts when using both the CDN Enabler plugin and the W3 Total Cache plugin. Can you please provide a direct URL to the website that’s encountering this issue so I can take a further look?

I mean that before enabling your services I have 1 CSS file combibned by W3 Total
    https://prntscr.com/pvqpup

    and after enabled https://prntscr.com/pvqqzm
you can see that combine no more working

    same for JS files

    Thank you

Thank you for the clarification. This issue would be related to the W3 Total Cache plugin. Unfortunately I’m unsure what is preventing that plugin from minifying the CSS and JavaScript on your website if the CDN Enabler plugin rewrites the serving URL. In this case I would recommend contacting the developers of that plugin instead.
