How to review your entire web, not only product?

If you want to allow the customer to submit reviews before purchasing the product, you can enable the review form on the product page. Refer to this solution https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000033867-reviews-not-showing-on-product-page

You can also use plugin shortcode to display reviews of other products in a category a product page. Please go to Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab > Enable Reviews Shortcodes and read the details on the right side.

Thank you for the report. Your report I can understand. The problem is when using the removal of product (code 410), the review does not appear. Anywhere. I need to review. I add more. I like the plugin. I would like a review only on the overall website (widget). I probably can’t use the plugin on products. I always have one product. 1. You can add this custom CSS code in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, to hide the comment list and search form of the all reviews section.

#cr_all_reviews_shortcode .cr-ajax-search,

2. You can use the Trust Badges shortcodes to display a Trust Badge in a widget, for example, Text widget.

3. Trust Badge is displayed adapt with the width of the wrapper layout. Can you please share the page URL where it does not work properly? I will help you to check this.

4. Thanks for the feedback. We are working on this issue and hopefully, it will be fixed soon.
Currently, the CZ language is not supported to translate automatically on cusrev.com. I will inform the development team to consider supporting this language in future updates.

Hi,

As you can read on the solution, you have full control over reviews on your site. But we do not support deleting verified reviews on cusrev.com because it will compromise their authenticity and undermine trust.

You can try to disable the Trust Badges option to remove the verified reviews page on cusrev.com and remove the reviews also. The verified reviews are associated with the domain so uninstall then re-install the plugin does not help in this case.
