How to rewrite custom taxonomy permalinks

Hello All!,

I made a custom taxonomy(locality) and its slug is locality. It is working fine but i need to rewrite Url.

Actually My client want url like this.

If current category is first level category then:
https://domain.com/city/FirstLevelCategory/

If current category is second level category then:
https://domain.com/city/FirstLevelCategory/region/SecondLevelCategory/

If current category is third level category then:
https://domain.com/city/FirstLevelCategory/region/SecondLevelCategory/locality/ThirdLevelCategory/

There will be always three level category.

Please guide me. How can i do this?
