How to roll back to the previous version correctly?

Hi! In the old version of Elementor 3.17.0, free beautiful blocks are available that suit me. But there are no such blocks in the new version of Elementor 3.17.3. I tried to roll back the version by downloading the Wp rollback plugin — there is no result. I also tried to roll back the version in Elementor itself — there is no result. There are still new blocks, but the old ones do not appear. Please tell me what to do?

I think you can’t get the old blocks as Elementor Library automatically updates on a daily basis. And I believe the blocks library is external part of elementor. What I mean is they host it on the clouds and update daily basis so I think you can’t roll back that.
