How to rules behave when ordering different categories

    Hi, lets say I have designed a email template with rule “product category A” and another one with rule “product category B”. whats happens when someone orders product from both categories? which of the templates will be sent?

    If an order contains products belonging both 2 different categories, it will apply the template that has the higher priority. If both share the same priority, the higher template position will be applied. See this: https://prnt.sc/1_jHeSZRUBQs
