how to run wordpress website.

hey all i just downloaded the latest version and installed it on my server but when i try to accee my website i get this message Error establishing a database connection and when i try to access wp-admin account i get message One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired. after that i clicked repaired but below the webpage i get a message to enter following message to forum.
