If you mean you would like to authorize the charge and then capture the charge later thatn seven days later then this isn’t possible.
It is a limitation from Stripe.com – https://stripe.com/docs/charges#auth-capture
…and the amount held on the customer’s card for up to seven days. If the charge is not captured within this time, the authorization is canceled and funds released.
Do you mean the card details rather than the charge? If so, then this is possible by allowing customers to save their payment card details to their account. Head to WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Stripe and make sure “Saved Cards” is checked. If so, this will save the customers card details under /my-account/payment-methods/
