How to save unsuccessful form submissions

I was wondering if there is a way to save the information filled out in the form even if the form does not get submitted.

Few days ago there was something wrong with the email I used with SMTP so the forms didn’t get submitted for a day.

Does anyone know a plugin or a solution to save form submissions locally in WordPress in this kind of situation.
