How to search a string in the post and add a related string

  • Hello,

    I own a blog about books and every post has a string about isbn number, such as:

    ISBN-10: 1847193595

    Now, I want to add something like [aaa]1847193595[/aaa] at the end of the post.

    There are many posts now, so can anyone kindly tell me how to do this automatically?
