Hello. I just purchased the Multilevel Referral Affiliate Plugin for WooCommerce. Before I purchased, i can see the referral item under the WooCommerce(The page I can see the referral user and email format). But after paid and installed, it was disappeared under the WooCommerce. Now where I can see the referral user details & email format? And how to create a referral code for existing customers (Not new join member)? And how can my customer can see their referral details and redeem in their login? Thanks!

The purchase code has generated by the CodeCanyon. You can find it in your order mail and codecanyon user dashboard.

But i didn’t received any order mail yet. But payment already completed in my credit card. How can I get back the code again? Can you send to my email box again? Thanks!

Regarding your documents, “Referrer Customer Guide”. I cannot see the “Join Refferal Program” in MY ACCOUNT page. And also my customer after join the refferal program, they cannot see the refferal details in their account too (My Affiliates) and also the redeem points function. Where I can download it? I have to pay in additional cost?
