    Hi,

In the beginning, I created only 1 plan for 1 month subscription (called Plan A). So all of my posts in many years were chosen to display for plan A only.

Now I want to add 3 months, 6 months and 1 year subscription but the trouble is:
I cannot select user role from plan A for these subscription.
The role I created for Plan A was called VIP which was created by the system automatically because at the beginning I chose “Create new user role from this Subscription Plan”.

Now this user role (VIP) does not appear in the list of user role when adding new upgrade. Photo:

If I choose, … Create new user role from this Subscription Plan , those 3 months, 6 months and 1 years users cannot view the post because they’re in different user role.

And of course I cannot re-select to display for these new roles in all posts.

Could you please help check and advise? Thank you so much.

  • Hello @sachsongngu,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

No, this is not possible. You cannot give a subscription plan the role of another plan.

If you want to add access to your content for other plans, you’ll need to modify the settings for each post.

There is a way to restrict all posts at once, but it is not available for the free product. We are not allowed to talk about our paid versions here, so in case you have more questions, please open a new ticket here:
