How to select an already provided translation when post in newsletter

We’re beginning a process to translate a web site using TranslatePress. Everything is making sense when dealing with individual posts, but we’re running into confusion with how to generate a newsletter using one of the languages.
I understand that user will not be able to choose a language when they receive a newsletter (like they would on a website), so we are planning on generating a separate version of the newsletter for each language.
We’ve developed our own newsletter tool that allows us to choose posts to include within it. Each of those posts will already have been translated via editing the individual post. Within our PHP template for the newsletter, how can we retrieve that already provided translation?
