How to Sell Streaming Videos?

Hi,
I am trying to create a website that has videos available to be streamed by customers, at a cost. My website would have a store, where customers could “purchase” videos. Once purchased, the ability to stream that purchased video would be enabled on their account. There would be many videos to choose from, but only videos that were purchased by a customer (and so access was therefore granted to their account to watch that particular video) could be viewed by them.

I don’t want to:
1) Offer downloads to my content. I think people will share my content, resulting in loss of revenue. (streaming also allows watching my content on ipads and iphones, something which downloadable videos does not allow).
2) Offer a Subscription service. I don’t have the time to continually offer more content.

I do want:
1) A library of purchasable videos on my website in which customers can build their own personal library of videos within that, based on what they paid for.

This seems like something that would have 100 ready-out-of-the-box plugins to do, but I cant find anything that quite suits this!
So can anyone offer a plugin or extension to WooCommerce (or another e-commerce plugin) that does in fact do this, or possibly provide a way to combine several plugins and services to make this a reality?
