How to Send a JSON API Request After WooCommerce Checkout?

I need help with sending an API request in WooCommerce. Specifically, I want to trigger a request to an API endpoint after a checkout is completed. The request needs to be in JSON format.

Is there an existing plugin that can handle this functionality, or would custom code be required?
