How to send contacts to different lists in sendinblue

Hi, thanks for an amazing plugin. I have cf7 native in my theme so I thought I make the most use of it and resign from formidable forms (hopefully possible). I try to understand if I can make the same thing as I did with their plugin using this plugin with cf7.

What I have is a quite advanced newslatter signup. I have 52 different lists in sendinblue and uses conditional logic in the newslatter form created with formidable forms to make the user choose category and this in turn changes which list the user will be put in to. It was quite easy to set up using their guide, but I cant find anything similar with cf7. I have installed your addon for conditional logics so I am guessing it might be possible somehow – just that I dont know how atm.

But thats for one contact form and would then send the user to one list only. So my question is:

1. is it possible to make 52 different connections to different lists in sendinblue?
2. How would I set it up: 52 different forms, OR would I somehow make one form with 52 different logics for which sendinblue list the contact will be added depending on which category they choose? (the latter is how formidable forms work)

I hope my question make sense and that someone can help me with this or atleast point me in the right direction.
