How to send different forms to different departments automatically

    I can’t work this out.

    I want “password problems” form to go to “password problems department” or agent.
    I want “report problems with website” to go to “web department” etc

    Please can you tell me how to achieve this.

    Department assignment is going to be an advanced feature but there is a workaround ??

    Create your departments and note the department ID’s (term ID’s).

    Within your forms, add a hidden field. Set it to map to department and give it a value of the ID you noted from the department.

    Remember to select to hide the label also.
