• I have setup Google Apps. I used contact form 7 for my blog and setup mail to my Google Apps mail. but if I send a mail through my contact form, mail sent to my system account mail. after I logged to cPanel and setup default address as my Google Apps mail. also same. then I forwarded my system account to my Google Apps mail. it also same problem. then I logged to cPanel webmail and message display as
“This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    my Google Apps mail
    Unrouteable address”.
if I a send mail directly from gmail, yahoo or hotmail to my Google Apps mail, all mail sent correctly. also I set my system account default address mail and forward as gmail and hotmail. then I sent mails through my contact form and all mails correctly sent to gmail and hotmail. if someone send a mail from my contact form, I want to get it to my Google Apps mail. someone please help me to fix this problem.

    Thanks,
    Kushalitha

  • Install the “WP-Mail-SMTP” plugin, activate it and then go to Settings > Email and input your settings. For Mailer setting I chose PHP instead of SMTP. SMTP tries to send internally which won’t work when MX records are set off site like for Gmail and Google Apps. The rest of the settings are not needed as it states in the settings page. Run a test email and see if it goes through now.
