• Hi, so I am selling logos on my site and would like to email my customer the final result while having a defaulted email layout. How would I go about doing this?

The way woocommerce order emails are set up, once i update an order as “complete” an email is automatically sent to the customer with the completed order…this system doesnt give me the chance to attach the customer’s logo before the email is sent

if i werent to do it this way, and i send an email the “normal” way by logging onto my wordpress email and then creating an email with my logo attached, how would i go about customizing the template of the email so it doesnt look completely plain?

thanks for any help provided, would really mean a lot

  • @buttabrain an option would be to use the “notes” field. On an order in WooCommerce there are notes on the right hand side, you can use these for private notes or for customer notes (depending on which setting you select when entering the note). Here notes are sent with the WooCommerce template, and you can enter specific content. Frequently vendors who ship physical items will use these order notes for tracking numbers, but you could use it for your own purposes.
