How to send the URL of the page

    Hi
    I have a form with classical fields.
    When the user taps SUBMIT I receive an email with the values introduced by the user.
    I would like to receive also the URL of the page where the form is. But I do not want to ask the user to introduce the URL of the page.

    May you help me?
