How to SEO with wordpress custom fields using Yoast Plugin?

Well i’m using SEO Plugin by Yoast and it works great! But it does not support custom fields SEO or may i say its not counting custom fields data as SEO. My Question is How to do post SEO with custom fields in it? or How to do Custom Fields SEO in WordPress using Yoast Plugin. Make a update of this plugin with Custom Fields SEO Support Please!
