To display just a login form, you can use the [discussion_board_login_only] shortcode. We currently do not have one just for registration, but you could use a plugin like this for a custom registration form: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/user-registration/

For a captcha, we recommend: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-captcha/
