Hi! First, great plugin, works wonderful with the Atomic Blocks Theme.

Question: the block post grid seems to create its thumbnail images by cropping the featured image of the post and then scaling those through CSS, which is causing (in my case) 600px x 300px images to be scaled down to 300px x 150px.

Looks good, but I’m looking for a way to serve an non-scaled image (300px x 150px) for performance reasons. The only way I currently see is to change the function that creates the additional image sizes in the plugin. Which I’d prefer not to do.

Was hoping you might have alternative suggestions.

As you mentioned, the only way to be able to change those would be to change the code in the plugin. I’ll see what I can do about this in a future update though. I settled on 300px to accommodate for wide screens and wide alignment styles. I’d like to keep the block simple while also having it be friendly to all kinds of scenarios.

That makes sense, thanks for the quick reply. Will work with what’s offered. Cool plugin by the way!
