How to set a custom time?

    Hello, I want to set for a specific service, in a form with three service, a daily time block of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a padding of an hour before and after. That way it doesn’t conflict with other services. However, it defaults to become 8-2pm. How do I set a particular service to occupy a specific time slot?
