How to Set Blog Post for Just some people to see

I’d like to publish a blog post so that I can send a URL to it and if the person goes to that URL, they get prompted with a password, then they see the blog post. I don’t want that blog post to show up publicly (specifically, I don’t want it’s title to show up publically and get indexed by search engines, then people can’t open it)
