    I have 2 shipping Zones:
    Australia
    New Zealand
    Australia is top of list.
    I live in Australia,
If I add an item to cart, and view the cart,
the cart’s first view is using New Zealand shipping prices,
as seen as I click ‘proceed to checkout” the shipping price rectifies itself to the correct (Australian) shipping price,
How do I make the Australian rate show on the initial ‘view cart’ page?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @auxjoel,

If I add an item to cart, and view the cart,
the cart’s first view is using New Zealand shipping prices

When you go to WooCommerce → Settings, what’s the default customer location? If it is your shop base address, kindly check if this is set to Australia or New Zealand.

I visited your store and on the cart page, it gave a shipping cost on the cart page.

Normally, if the customer does not have a stored address, WooCommerce will prompt them to enter some details so that it can calculate shipping costs on the cart page. It will prefill some fields with default customer location (if set):

Since this seems not to be happening on your site, could you check if there’s a conflict with one of the tools you’re using causing the issue? Here’s the conflict test guide – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

    * If the above does not yield any culprit, please share with us your System Status from WooCommerce- > Status

Let us know how it goes.
    Thanks.
