How to set default value to post options

Hai Kandence team,

I wonder is there a way to set default value to post options in “edit post”. For example: Head Content: Image. So I don’t have to set it every time I make a new post. I think it would be very useful for old posts too. Can’t imagine if someone has 1000posts, and they have to set it one by one.
