Everything tested out fine when I made a couple test donations. The issue I have now is that the donations – actual, real donations – are being marked as “pending.”

I have discovered how to change them to “complete” on the back-end.

    However, that’s very cumbersome.

Where is the setting located that allows for transactions that have processed to be automatically marked as complete? Which, also shows up on the bar graph for amount raised.

    Thank you,
    Larry

    Hi @larrydcook!

Usually, when donations are happening at Stripe but not being marked as “Complete” on GiveWP’s side, this is most often caused by a lack of the proper webhook (a mechanism for sending data from Stripe to Give) set in your Stripe account. Our documentation on setting up the webhook is here:

    https://givewp.com/documentation/add-ons/stripe-gateway/#webhooks

If the webhook is correctly configured, you should see a record in the logs at Donations > Tools > Logs > Stripe for every event at Stripe (going forward). It will also automatically mark new donations as complete.

Double-check that webhook and let us know if you need anything else.

    Welcome to the GiveWP family!

I’m not sure how I missed that webhooks part in the Stripe configuration Ben (maybe because the other plugin I used doesn’t do it that way), but this worked.

Thank you much for your help.

    Larry
