How to set fixed start/end day

  • Hi,

    Is it possible to set a fixed start/end day for all reservations? Like Friday/Satuday? If yes, how?

    Other question, is it possible to only accept reservations of fixed days? Like 2/5/7? If yes, how?

    Hello,

    You can use the “group days” option when you create availability (the last checkbox from the form when creating availability).

    If you want your users to be able to select/book only a certain number of days you can use the Rules. Go to Pinpoint >Rules and create a new rule for minimum/maximum x number of days. After that apply that rule to your calendar from calendar >edit calendar settings.

    Can you please let me know where to find the ‘group days’ option, I can’t find it.

    I can only apply one set of rules to a calendar, I need clients to book 2, 5 or 7 days, not just one of these options. How do I do that?

    Hello,

    Go to your calendar to set availability, select some days from calendar with your mouse, add a price and number available, scroll down and you will see a checkbox named “group days”, select that option and click “Submit”.

    At the moment only one rule can be applied to a calendar. This will be changed in future version os Pinpoint.
