    I have tried to set free shipping for orders over 99 in United States. it works when orders value over 99usd, but when order is under 99 usd, it says “ There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly or contact us if you need any help.”

    how to fix it ?

    I setup from WooCommerce , WooCommerce- setting-shipping-shipping zones
    I have setup 3 shipping methods before, one over 99 free shipping for United States ; one flat rate for United States and other one is the rest of the world, also flat rate

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings
    • The cart/checkout page with the issue

    Is that 3 shipping methods or 3 shipping zones?

    You only need 1 Zone for the US because WooCommerce will only pick the first Zone that applies to the customer address.

    Put the Flat Rate option in the same Zone as the Free Shipping

    I have changed it to only 1 zone for the United States , and now it works. However there are still some issues .

    That doesn’t look like standard WooCommerce – are you using a plugin to add that notification?

    no, it comes with the theme I bought from https://themeforest.net/

    You’ll need to contact the theme provider’s support then – there may be a setting somewhere to change it?

    please note that the problem as below ,

    2. when order value over 99usd for other regions besides United States, it will say “congratulations you got free shipping ” (screenshot as last message), but it actually only one option for shipping , which is flat rate. how can we change it not to say “it is free shipping” when it is not in the free shipping region? we only set free shipping for United States .

    While it is not possible to hide other shipping methods when free shipping is available by default, you can achieve this with custom code.

    We have a guide about it here.
