    Right now your script code is like this ..
    jQuery(function(){jQuery('#slides').slidesjs({<strong>width:1064,height:309</strong>,play:{active:false,auto:true,interval:5000,swap:true},pagination:{active:false}});});</script>

    Are you giving same height width?
