how to set more than one provider

    Hi Team,
    I really like the plugin. I have some doubt’s while setting up the mail.

    1. If i have more than one servers (i mean more than one hosting providers). how to set the mails into these two addresses?
    (for example, I have two mails such as [email protected], [email protected])

    2. If i have more than one mails in the same provider, then how to add these in the configuration settings?

    (for example, I have Three mails such as

    [email protected]

    ,

    [email protected]

    , .

    [email protected]

    ). so we can set the

    [email protected]

    in the

    Reply-To Email Address

    section. so where we can add the rest of the two mail id’s for getting the same mail.

    3. I have more than one contact forms in a website. so how to set up the mails?
    (for example, I have a contact form only for support and their mail id is

    [email protected]

    one another contact form only for contact inquiry with mail id is [email protected]

    Please excuse if the question have more length.

    Please help me for resolving the doubt’s.

    Hi @sideeq313.

    1. You can’t use several SMTP servers on one site with this plugin.

    2. To use several emails, those should me made aliases for one main account. For example, you have [email protected] as your main account and [email protected], [email protected] as aliases. In this case, you just need to enter those in ”
    Don’t Replace “From” Field” field on Advanced Tab of plugin settings, then make sure “Reply-To Email Address” field is empty on SMTP Settings tab and “Force From Name Replacement” is unchecked. This would let your contact forms handle the rest.

    3. There should be no issues with multiple forms if you make additional emails to be aliases for your main account. For example, if you want Form1 to send emails from [email protected] and Form2 to send emails from [email protected] (keeping in mind those 2 addresses are aliases for your main account), you just configure the forms correspondingly.
