How to set percentage on total amount at checkout page?

I want a user to pay 50% from either bank transfer or Online payment or COD and rest remaining from wallet how can this be done ?I m using WooCommerce Wallet – credit, cashback, refund system and Woocommerce plugin

This sounds to me you will have to code this. I would approach this via splitting up orders. Create a custom taxonomy that defines the percent, then check the product and split up the order 50/50. One order can be paid normally, the other order is to be paid via wallet. Similar to what https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-deposits/ does.
