how to set product price on option value?

A plugin such as dynamic pricing would be needed, or you can use coupons.

and now i add product quantity on option value base but i have not any about price?

I don’t know of an extension to display it like that.

Variations could be used, but if you have stock management it won’t work right because each variation would = 1 stock.
