How to set scrolling to sections from top menu

  • Hi all,

    could anyone explain how to attach main page sections with menu items so that it’s smoothly scrolling to set section on site?
    I know there is jQuery plugin to do that, but I can’t assign elements to this.
    Yesterday incidentally it worked but once I tried deliberately make this today, it was not ok.
