    Hi,
I created an animated svg-logo which works well with the svgator block. but I need this logo in the header area and when I place it in the customizer of my theme (GeneratePress) then its no longer animated. How can I do it? Thanks for feedback.

Hi there! Unfortunately, GeneratePress doesn’t allow the use of SVG animations in the header. It adds them with an tag, which means that files exported with JavaScript as the animation type will not work. However, you can also export your animations from SVGator with CSS as the animation type. In that case, there’s no need to use our plugin or to convert the file.

Hi there! Ok, I exported with CSS and it works fine on Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge but not on Safari. https://dev.nathalie-huber.ch

Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for feedback

We just ran some tests and it seems like Safari isn’t supporting SVG animations that were added with an img tag. Could you please also try the same with an <object> tag?
    <object type=”image/svg+xml” data=”sample.svg”></object>
