How to set the datetime default

Hi
Love the plugin. I have various fields and am able to set a default with most. However I have a datetime field and have not been able to set a default. What I want is for it to default to todays date, 7pm. Ignoring that I have tried to get it to go to now()+1, and other values and nothing seems to work.
So the question is, how do you set a default value for a datetime field on pods?

In the default section you should be able to set any value that can be parsed by strtotime() (https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.strtotime.php)
I just tested locally by setting it toyesterdayand that worked perfectly.Keep in mind that once a post is saved the default value isn’t used anymore.
