How to set the original and variant pages?

  • Just commenting on this in case other people view this post. With Google Analytics you only need to paste the code Google gives you into the original page. That’s all Google needs. You set up the variations in Analytics and Google takes care of splitting traffic between your variants, for any visitor that visits your original page.

    You indeed need to set the pages you’d like to use in Google Analytics, not via the plugin. The plugin is only needed to add the code to the correct (original) page.
